Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area.
Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces.
Simplifies and solves user needs for multiple customer types. Ability to design end-to-end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area.
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Communicating with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and get feedback.
Provide and seek feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team.

QualificationsRequired
5-6 years of experience working in UX, Product Design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team’s overall design thinking and craftsmanship.
Expertise in Figma
Advanced/medium Prototyping skills (preferably Figma or Protopie)
Preferred
Experience working with B2C products.
Expertise in iOS and Android.
Experience with data-driven design
Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
