UX Designer
Description We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a strong background in the supply chain industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that improve operational efficiency across supply chain platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the unique challenges of supply chain operations and translate those into intuitive, effective, and scalable design solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces for supply chain management systems, including inventory, logistics, and procurement platforms. + Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors. + Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that simplify complex supply chain processes and workflows. + Ensure the design aligns with user requirements, industry best practices, and business objectives, while enhancing the overall user experience. + Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain technologies, trends, and industry standards to inform design decisions. + Work within established design systems and contribute to their evolution, ensuring consistency across the platform. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for the supply chain or logistics industry. + Strong understanding of supply chain processes, such as warehouse management, transportation, and order fulfillment. + Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. + Experience conducting user research, creating user personas, and mapping user journeys. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to balance user needs with business goals to deliver impactful design solutions. Preferred Qualifications: + Familiarity with supply chain software such as WMS, ERP, TMS, or other related systems. + Knowledge of responsive design, mobile UX, and accessibility standards. + Experience with Agile methodologies.
