Responsibilities:

Working with our customers to understand their desires, expectations and pain pointsCollaborating with our Software and AI/ML teams to design our UI’s to meet customer expectationsUnderstanding, evaluating, and recommending new technologies that can enhance the experience of a software system

Basic Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polyB.S. in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a UX Designer or related experienceProven track record as a UX or UI Designer supporting agile software engineering efforts across the entire lifecycle including design, development, configuration and integration, testing, and delivery to end usersAbility to perform in depth system engineering activities and then translate those into actionable software development concepts and implementationsCross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and engagement with teams
