You will be collaborating with lead designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, design objectives, and align with business goals. Skills and Requirements Solid understanding of design principles, theories, and concepts (including accessibility and responsive design concepts). Working knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems & design guidelines. Experience with Figma Strong understanding and experience in designing and implementing research and data collection plans for user experience testing and acceptance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate user experience data, design proposals and product specifications and negotiate options at management levels. Ability to present, pitch and convince. Experience with interface prototyping with Protopie or similar tools. Bonus point for experience with 3D design software and/or UI development in Xcode or Android Studio.
