Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer in Westlake, TX. Duties Include: * Next level collaboration with other UX designers and stakeholders * Improving our digital experience to help deliver value to donors, advisors and, in turn reduce issues for our service delivery teams * As a UX Designer, you will be connecting people across the organization to align on a common opportunity space and facilitate idea generation * Conducting user research to understand the customer problems to tackle and if we've generated the -right- solution * Demonstrating to others 'how' and 'why' design decisions are made
