Job Summary We are seeking a UX Designer with a comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices and critical awareness of implications on user-centered design and functionality. The UX Designer is an innovative thinker and strategic problem solver who is as analytical as they are creative.  Key Responsibilities + Lead or assist in user research activities. + Create wireframes and low/high-fidelity prototypes. + Conduct and analyze usability tests. + Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers. + Participate in UX projects and design tasks. + Leads UX projects or components. + Contributes to strategic UX initiatives. + Aligns work with the company's UX vision. + Exemplifies and promotes the company's Core Values.
