We will develop the technology and knowledge platform necessary to achieve impact through scale.  **The Opportunity with Edo:** Edo is seeking a skilled and experienced **UX Designer.** The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy, with a specific emphasis on creating solutions that support our energy efficiency and demand flexibility offerings. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and sustainable products and services that align with our company's vision and goals. Additional responsibilities include: Responsibilities: + Lead design of new and existing applications (including research, wireframing, prototyping, etc.) + Work closely with a team of engineers, climate scientists, policy and building experts to tackle one of the trickier parts of the energy transition + Help lay the groundwork for a platform that will grow with us **What You Need to Succeed at Edo:** + Bachelor's desgree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field + 3+ years design experience in Saas environment in data intensive B2B products + Demonstrated self-starter that can thrive as the sole designer and bring thoughtful recommendation on best-practices, tools, etc. + Interested, motivated, or curious about energy systems, utilities, and commercial buildings. + Experience with agile development methodologies and practices. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. _The pay range for this position is $80,200- $119,600 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
