Skills and Requirements HR technRelocation to Bentonville, AR upon conversion is required 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products Product designer UI/UX experience Consumer grade UX design experience Deep experience with end-to-journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping Mobile-first UX design experience and maintaining feature parity across web and mobile Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and at least 5+ years of experience in digital product/software design.
