Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote UX Designer II to join their team. Primary Responsibilities: * UX Designer II will develop and enhance internal applications powering the front end of our website * Work with stakeholders to configure filters and products according to their needs, and display tables * Transition from the old system to the new, taking over from previous designers to further the design and add backend UI/UX to internal applications * Independently collaborate with the product Ops team, understanding design thinking principles, Agile methodologies, and Jira * Scope out work and break down tasks into manageable efforts * Critically validate designs and solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals * As a UX Designer II, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and write usability scripts * Help with UI/UX of search or recommendation experiences, refining filters, and fixing search results pages * Work on the display of pods across the site, ensuring consistency and usability
