Position Summary

The UX Developer is an integral member of the Marketing and Merchandising team. They are responsible for front-end updates, promotional changes, and enhancements and ensure ADA compliance and SEO optimization standards are maintained. Position requires strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Building and implementing customer-facing content, pages, and functionality for the Pep Boys website. Maintaining and implementing online promotional assets-including creative, messaging, coupons. Coordinating with creative and business teams to ensure customer experience standards and compliance Building, maintaining and reporting on A/B testing on the Pep Boys website Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent is required 1 - 3 years of relevant experience Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must. Understanding of responsive design and best UX practices. Ability to work in an Agile environment.
