Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a UX/Interaction Designer who will unpack ambiguous problems, absorb insights about the business and its users, design, test, and help deliver usable, innovative, and compelling, digital products and features. Responsibilities: * Design experiences and influence strategies for a variety of audiences, stakeholders, products, and features in the world of Intranet, GenAI, Marketing, and more * As a UX/Interaction Designer, you will apply your curiosity, asking the right questions and more to uncover key information. * Collaborate with product management, research, visual design, engineering, and stakeholders * Clearly articulate design choices and rationale, tailoring communications to your audiences * Zoom into the pixels and aesthetics while also keeping in mind broader strategy * Effectively work with design systems, knowing when to leverage existing patterns and when to push for new concepts * The UX/Interaction Designer will elevate the quality of the team, giving and soliciting constructive feedback and knowledge * Scope and prioritize work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
