Responsibilities
Define and deliver UX research strategy for Pizza Hut Digital & Technology. Advise leadership team, using research insights to guide and support business strategy. Identify and lead strategic research priorities, with a hands-on approach to key projects. Coach junior teammembers, setting clear targets and supporting their career aspirations. Manage research budget, with accountability for software and suppliers. Develop and deliver a training and governance programme, allowing product squads (design, product management and engineering) to independently deliver tactical research. Scale research capacity to meet market demand using contractors and “research as a service” partners. Own the management and reporting of our global UX CSAT survey. Manage our central research repository, ensuring squads and stakeholders have easy access to relevant research. Build a comms strategy to build engagement and excitement around research, to grow understanding and customer-centricity.Requirements
Experience in using research to influence the strategic direction of B2C and B2B product businesses. Fluency in a wide rage of usability research methods, including cross-cultural research. Proven presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative techniques. Ability to build strong relationships with design, CRO, data and product teams. Relevant coaching, project management, and research governance experience. Familiarity designing and delivering training for non-researchers. Experience with global and/or franchise businesses strongly preferred.Pizza Hut, as a member of the Yum!
