We are looking for a UX Researcher to join the team designing the Dash Cart, the physical shopping cart that is transforming in-person shopping by putting the shopper in control and augmenting their in-store grocery experience. Support insights on physical and digital shopping experiences, associate and fleet management tools. Apply research methods appropriate to the questions at hand, from generative to evaluative, adapting methods as needed to support organization and product needs. Provide guidance to partners and decision makers at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating durable insights through writing, presentations and conversations to build consensus and persuade actions based on findings. Iteratively evaluate solutions until outcomes are achieved or hypotheses are proven wrong, informing and aligning on any trade-offs.
