3Ci is looking for two UX Researchers for our client. This is an opportunity to join a newly formed team at the ground floor, shaping UX strategies for critical business areas.

Required Education and Experience

Proven experience in UX research, ideally within complex operational environments or supply chain systems Strong background in service design and familiarity with mixed methods research General Requirements Ability to translate research findings into clear recommendations that drive measurable outcomes Comfortable working with data and analytics to derive insights Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings and recommendations to stakeholders Flexibility to travel to Atlanta and other distribution centers as required

Essential Functions

Conduct discovery research to understand customer needs and pain points in the supply chain domain, particularly in areas like Receiving Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX improvements and create actionable roadmaps that demonstrate business value Work closely with distribution center personnel and sales teams to gather insights and validate solutions Utilize mixed methods research including qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform design decisions Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Perform other tasks as required
