Kforce is immediately adding a full-time UX Researcher in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Fountain Valley, CA. Responsibilities: * UX Researcher will work with Product Design, Industrial Design and Engineering to uncover research needs * Create and execute research for both hardware and software projects * Conduct quantitative and qualitative research focused on moving product strategy forward (emphasis on foundational, generative work) * Consult with non-researchers at HyperX on best practices to help them to implement their own work; This means education, evangelization, and empowerment * As a UX Researcher, you will contribute to best practices for a healthy, lean research organization * Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through a variety of deliverables
