Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Product Development team supporting various product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for storytelling which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** UX Researcher
**Location:** Chicago, IL or Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
**Contract position**
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct a full range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to support product development.
+ Manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with 2-3 clients.
+ Present research findings to Executive Teams and Stakeholders effectively.
+ Engage with stakeholders to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Design and analyze surveys, build journey maps, and conduct usability studies.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in UX research with a focus on qualitative methods.
+ Strong ability to communicate research findings clearly and effectively.
+ Proven experience in managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
+ Ability to build personas and journey maps based on user research.
+ Experience in conducting usability studies and A/B testing.
