Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Designer in Juno Beach, FL. Responsibilities: * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product * Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations * Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences * Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems * Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements * Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision * Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences Collaboration: * Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements * Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers * Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and the broader organization Continuous Improvement: * Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies * Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and efficiency
