As a UX and UI Designer at Mölnlycke, you’ll have the opportunity to: + Drive and support the overall vision and mission of the Digital Customer Engagement organisation with innovative solutions for user research, feedback, and design. + Collaborate with the User Experience Guild and delivery team members to meet commitments. + Lead the discovery, design, and execution of Mölnlycke's Design System, ensuring it aligns with accessibility and inclusive design principles. + Develop and document customer personas, needs, and processes, using insights to design impactful solutions. + Create visual prototypes and perform relevant tests with users and customers. + Prepare and execute user testing to validate business value and ensure satisfaction. + Contribute to the global Digital Customer Engagement strategy, emphasizing digital innovation and customer centricity. What You’ll Need + A university degree in computer science, interface design, user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. + At least 3-5 years of experience designing digital products, with expertise in architecture, interaction, visual design, andUX research. + Proficiency in Figma and experience in developing design systems. + Strong skills in documenting customer profiles, needs, and journeys. + A people-focused design mentality and the ability to build empathy and clarity to address user needs effectively. + Experience in agile development, DesignOps and Design Thinking methodologies. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
