UX/UI Designer
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **UX/UI Designer** to join our team. This is a remote position **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + **Design and deliver:** Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements across our digital products. + **User research and analysis:** Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals. + **Stay up-to-date:** Maintain knowledge of current UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering + 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and results + 5+ years of experience in the Federal Government industry, with a proven track record of success + Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. + Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale. + Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience designing complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on intuitive interactions and user flows. + Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. + Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle to create interactive prototypes for usability testing. + Familiarity with conducting user research, including usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews. + Experience working in an agile development environment. **Security Clearance Requirements:** + US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.
