About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to create amazing user experiences with our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to discover efficient and effective work flows, generate clean and artful design elements, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Uphold XD process and collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experienceExecute all visual design stages from concept to engineering design reviewsConceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocksCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholdersParticipate in user research and evaluate user feedbackContribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Basic Qualifications:

BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience2+ years of proven UX/UI experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tabletExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionDemonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolioSolid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flowsAbility to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholdersProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or other visual design and wire-framing toolsUnderstanding of motion design for informing interactive experiencesDemonstrate understanding of Design Thinking activitiesAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologiesGeneral understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS.Ability to speak fluent English is a must. We have product teams in various locations and clear communication of design decision making is key.
