**Description** VMAG OPERATOR 2ND SHIFT JBS FOODS- SOUDERTON, PENNSYLVANIA DESCRIPTION Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Assembly and disassembly VMAG machine + Programming to adjust speed and weight control tendencies + Setupportional, indexer, and conveyer belts + Working rapidly to change, clean and reassemble the horn + Assist in changeover of multivac portion plates (i.e. .5lb, 1lb) + Swift set up of machine of up to 20min prior to starting the floor + Cross train in multivac machine + Other duties as assigned Requirements: + Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team; + Perform well under pressure + Ability to work a flexible work schedule starting at 2pm and availability to work weekends + Experience in manufacturing or food processing environment preferred + Bilingual preferred but not required + Good communication skills + Knowledge of lockout tagout training BENEFITS + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K + Vacation, sick leave, and six company observed holidays + Better Future Program-2 year MONTCO Community College tuition paid for employee and dependents Be Extraordinary.
