How you will make an impact:

Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers and Technicians to build comprehensive test suites to verify functionality of breakthrough medical productsPartner with Project Managers, System Engineers, and other technical leads to plan and execute project goalsDevelop robust test plans, strategies, and reportsHelp define product requirements to ensure the requirement set is complete and testableAssess test impacts for design changes and approve design changesParticipate and contribute toward regulatory and agency submissions

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

BS in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Biomedical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of Test Engineering experience in an R&D environment for an electrical-mechanical device (medical preferred)Capability to create and clearly explain team objectives and write procedures for others to followDemonstrated ability to problem solve with a deep understanding of engineering fundamentalsKnack for motivating a team and ability to estimate team effort and create predictable schedulesBroad measurement instrument knowledge and experience with data analysisKnowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations (QSRs) and/or ISO 13485 preferred
