**Job Title: Vac Truck Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to operate vacuum trucks for a variety of tasks including vacuuming water from storm drains and cleaning industrial tanks. This role involves performing daily inspections, driving vacuum trucks to job sites, setting up and monitoring hoses, and ensuring thorough cleanup after the job is completed. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily inspections of all fluids, belts, and hoses on the vacuum truck. + Drive the vacuum truck to the designated job site. + Set up hoses from the truck to the cleaning site and monitor the vacuum operation. + Break down and store hoses after the job is completed. + Operate a trolling motor to vacuum waste from holding tanks. + Sweep and clean up spills on floor level. + Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Comfortable working at heights up to 100 feet on fully guarded platforms. + At least 1 year of consistent general labor work history. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Agricultural background preferred but not necessary. + Experience in general labor, production, and industrial environments. + Completion of OSHA 10 training (provided during the first week). **Why Work Here?** Join our team for the opportunity to work a flexible 4-day work week with optional overtime on your off days. The standard schedule is 1st shift, consisting of four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
