As a **Coordinator Marketing** **In** **-** **House** at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. **Where great benefits lead to a** **life fulfilled** **.** + Uncapped earning potential (wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests) + Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunities + Travel discounts + Credit Union Membership + Tuition Reimbursement + Professional Counseling & Family Support + Growth and Development Opportunities *Benefit eligibility will vary by position **As a Coordinator Marketing In** **-** **House, a typical day will include:** + Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations. + Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volumeproduction goals. + Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services. + Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.  **Guest Experience and Company Standards** + Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. + Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. + Contribute to team goals. + Always follow company policies and safety procedures. **To Become a Coordinator Marketing** **In** **-** **House at MVW:** + Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experienceandenjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. + Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. + Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred. + Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.  + Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. + May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts).
