Vaccine Brand Manager

You work closely with the cross-functional to make sure we have a competitive strategy and executional plan to drive the uptake especially for adult over 50’s. These responsibilities include some of the following: Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business plan for Shingrix in clinic channel, through a deep understanding of the customer/consumer needs and the market dynamics • Analyze market data and define the sales forecasts & demand plan • Have strong awareness and understanding of how to leverage promotional channels to support the desired business outcome and manages A&P budget accordingly • Identify and monitor metrics to assess performance and execution of critical activities. • Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders in order to identify and execute plans • Interact closely with sales force to ensure clear understanding and implementation of marketing plans • Engage with Medical to gain customer insights from employees and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs • Support and closely work together with Alliance team to collaborate with external third partners • Lead multi-channel including digital channel Management • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards Basic Qualifications: • 5+ year over of marketing related experience in pharma industry • Ability to conceive, develop, and execute multi-dimensional marketing and/or business plans • Ability to work in a complex environment • Good analytical skills • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups • Teamworking and Communication Skills Preferred qualifications: • 5+ marketing experiecne is preferred Knowledge of Korea vaccine market dynamics and characteristics • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with key stake holders • Teamwork first, leadership *LI-GSK Why GSK?
