Job Description

We are looking for a Vacuum Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with several bake stations processing ion pumps, ensuring they meet our specifications. This role requires the ability to work with high temperatures and high voltages. A keen attention to detail and a high level of safety practices are essential. The candidate will perform troubleshooting on both ion pumps and equipment and must be proficient in using equipment such as hy-potter, pinch-off tools, rough pumps, and turbos. Additionally, the candidate will work with UHV (ultra-high vacuum) stations and understand RGA (residual gas analyzers) graphs and data. They will work closely with engineering to continually improve processes and products, complete the assembly of various ion pumps, and read complex drawings for troubleshooting using a DVM.
