Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges. As the **VAD Equipment Specialist** will work closely with the Inside Account Executive team to meet goals for new business and implement the commercial strategy. **Principle Responsibilities** + Ensures timely shipment of VAD peripheral equipment and correct documentation in digital solutions platform + Tracks and assists with in-home preventative maintenance of VAD peripheral equipment for patients as directed by their managing HCPs + Assist with implementation of consistent maintenance processes by account + Supports documentation efforts aligned for timely billing of equipment revenue + Provides feedback on digital enhancements and works to ensure processes connect with usage + Identify/ present replacement equipment opportunities to commercial team + Equipment Inventory Integrity + Help Sr Manager Digital and Clinical solutions enhance digital solutions + Assist with related special projects as required. + Demonstrate consistency, proficiency, and accuracy in required self and staff use of Acelis Connected Health operating systems related to specific job function (including Salesforce.com, Concur, & Workday). + Works with multiple cross-functional areas (Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Training, Operations) in planning and coordination of growth efforts and initiatives. + Understands and adheres to business processes and procedures. + Conduct management responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws. The base pay for this position is $24.50 – $49.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
