Summary:
Park and retrieve vehicles for hotel/casino guests in a safe and efficient manner. Greet and welcome guests to the property, assisting them in and out of their vehicles, as necessary. Transport guests with company vehicles as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have, including information regarding property products, services and/or events Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed Walk around the vehicle and document any existing damage on the key packet Accurately issue tickets, ensuring the guests’ keys are properly logged and secured Assist with loading and unloading luggage for guests, as necessary Ensure vehicles are locked and secure while in the possession of the property Work in the Key Booth as needed Ensure property driveways are kept clear and clean Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position Drive the company shuttle and other vehicles to transport guests or team members as needed Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
