Valets, also known as valet parking attendants, are responsible for parking guests' automobiles safely
and efficiently in designated parking locations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
Calculate parking fees and collect payment.
Greet customers, open doors, and issue ticket stubs.
Park and retrieve vehicles in parking lots for customers.
Inspect vehicles and identify and report any damage.
Knowledge and Skills
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Education and Experience
High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required
0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
