Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining control of valet dispatch work area to ensure guest vehicles are properly documented and promptly delivered.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Inputs guest vehicle information into CVPS valet software systemFiles and retrieves keys and parking tickets upon customers requestAssist guests with completing lost claim forms, as needed

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists guests with directions and property information, as neededAssists with locating lost vehicles in valetMaintains and organizes work area

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentOne year of general clerical experienceMust have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking skillsBasic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

Training Requirements:

Thorough understanding of CVPS valet software systemSMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Office work environmentMust be able to sit in front of computer screen for extended periods of timeMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
