As a Concierge and Valet Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, guests, and tenants. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing building access, assisting with administrative tasks, parking vehicles, and addressing resident requests. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and professionalism will contribute to maintaining the high standards of the community.
Schedule: 11am-7pm, 40 hours a week
Your Responsibilities:Concierge Duties:
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing resident and guest needs promptly and courteously. Greet and check in/out residents, guests, and service providers with professionalism. Monitor and control building access, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols. Operate electronic security systems and respond to emergencies as per established procedures. Maintain daily logs, records, and required forms accurately. Assist with general concierge services and perform administrative tasks, including clerical work and preparation of Word and Excel documents. Conduct building patrols and report maintenance or cleaning needs to management. Collaborate with the concierge to manage resident requests and resolve complaints.Valet Duties:
Greet and open doors for residents and guests with a professional and positive attitude. Park and retrieve vehicles for owners, guests, and associates using garage car elevators. Assist homeowners in and out of vehicles and handle valet requests. Provide directions and arrange transportation services such as taxis or limousines as needed. Proactively assist with packages, trash removal, dog walking, and other resident needs. Apply ice melt, shovel snow, and place/remove temporary walk-off mats during inclement weather.General Duties:
Communicate regularly with the concierge and management regarding resident needs or maintenance issues. Exhibit a professional appearance and attitude in alignment with company policies. Support concierge operations during busy periods or breaks. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (for valet responsibilities). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Physical requirements: Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, sitting, walking, and occasional climbing. Capacity to handle, grasp, and lift objects and navigate the property efficiently. Ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms. Flexible availability for extended hours, weekends, and Board meetings as necessaryWhat We Offer:
