What You'll Do As a Valet Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: + Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and on-site contacts. + Training employees in valet operations, customer service, and company policies. + Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards. + Managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing costs. + Filling in for shifts when necessary to ensure smooth operations. + Addressing and resolving customer service issues promptly and professionally. + Accurately managing cash handling and tip reporting. + Conducting regular inspections of equipment and operational areas. + Promoting teamwork and setting high standards for performance.
