THE JOB:

As a Valet Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the valet services team. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise the valet services team to include efficient staffing, employee development and training, performance management and policy enforcement

Supervise the valet and guest service employees, ensure employees are properly trained and follow established safety standards

Conducts periodic inspections of valet-designated parking areas

Lead the pre-shift meetings for valet/guest service employees

Compensate guests within, for service-related inconveniences

Responsible for necessary staffing adjustments in order to properly accommodate guest

Regulate the movement and flow of traffic to ensure the casino provides efficient and effective guest services and avoids  traffic congestion and delays

Respond effectively to guest inquiries providing excellent guest service

Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Able to operate manual transmission vehicle

Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality

Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

1+ Years of prior relevant experience
