Experience in all or a combination of these areas of work would be a distinct advantage. **What You’ll Need:** + Ideal candidate for the role will have between 1-3 years commercial property experience and would like to further their career with a progressive and market leading commercial property company + Qualified member of the SCSI or working towards completion of APC and becoming chartered + Candidates should have expert knowledge and understanding of the property market + Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with clients and colleagues + Excellent report writing and numerical skills and strong attention to detail are key factors for anyone applying for this role (Red Book Valuation experience an advantage) + Highly organised and motivated with Ability to work on own initiative + IT Skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint + Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer would be an advantage **About CBRE Advisory (Irl) Limited** CBRE Advisory (Irl) Limited is the country’s largest commercial real estate services company with offices in Dublin and Cork.
