Responsibilities Responsibilities: + Analysis of business valuation engagements. + Participate in client management interview to better understand organization and needs. + Work with fellow associates to provide cohesive valuation for clients. + Research of financial statements and business background. + Mentor junior staff. + Ability to travel no more than 10%. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications: + 2 - 4 years’ experience in business valuation or similar role. + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics. + CPA, CFA and/or business valuation certifications preferred. + Proficient in Excel and Word. + Proven oral and written communication skills. + Ability to prioritize many projects. The estimated base pay range for this role is $79,000 to $132,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
