Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Value Analysis Coordinator.

In this role, the successful candidate as the Value Analysis VA Coordinator serves as the program and operational coordinator for the Supply Chain Value Analysis Team. The Coordinator will be responsible for organizing incoming New Product Requests NPRs ensuring compliance with system processes building project plans have a strong focus on relationship building and the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact responsible for ensuring approved products submissions are tracked logged and vetted by the appropriate teams Ability to conduct in depth product presentations in a variety of settings Ability to connect with various departments internal/external to the organization Ability to manage a project Coordinate clinical and subcommittees education meetings as needed   Create item “Look books” to support the Value Analysis Process Manages New Product Request Committee Presentation Preparation Process including but not limited to: Review and validate request Coordinate next steps with appropriate parties Prepare power point presentations Data collection and presentation   Communicate to internal and external stakeholders as needed Prep clinical champions for meeting presentations Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for the Value Analysis Process 

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:
Ability to organize a project from initiation to execution Analytical and quantitative skills including data gathering organization assessment reporting and presentation. Positive can do attitude coupled with a sense of urgency. Promotes Clinician and administrative satisfaction as it relates to the Supply Chain Value Analysis. Effective communication skills both in written and verbal presentation; a communication style that is open and fosters trust credibility and understanding. Provides back up to other Value Analysis Coordinators as needed. Participate and complete special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree and 2 years experience. Support and coordinate the Value Analysis Committee Meetings. Strong communication interpersonal organizational and facilitation skill. Collaborative and promotes teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:
Attention to detail and follow through. Remains current on new value analysis trends tools and best practices and communicates those to leadership teams

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $67,771.14 – $99,268.98 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
