Job Summary
The Value-Based Network Specialist implements a regional strategic plan to build a preferred provider network, through strategic relations with clinicians, hospital networks, and external stakeholders. They enforce strategic goal achievement and ensure proper provider engagement and alignment with the company’s value-based vision.

The Network Specialist is in charge of a specific region and serves as a specialist on Value-based network agreements. They are accountable for specialist practices and provide both on-site and remote assistance to the regional leadership team and associated practices. Specialist Practices Oversight: Monitor and enforce Value-based network agreements. Provide expertise on specialist practices. On-site and Remote Assistance: Offer on-site support as needed. Provide remote assistance to the regional leadership team. Collaboration Facilitation: Facilitate collaboration among different practices. Provide guidance to drive improvement in risk, quality, and operational efficiency. Develop and execute a set of intervention work plans under the guidance of the Value-Based National Network Manager. Identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance clinical outcomes, financial performance, and operational efficiency within Sanitas the organization and with the different practices, groups, and healthcare systems.
