+ Facilitation of ODS governance and meeting coordination + Responsibility for composition of mandatory Organized Delivery System filings + Responsibility for supplemental submission of Medicare Risk Adjustment Files associated with Medicare Advantage plans. + Coordination and communication of program updates and opportunities for AMG specific programs + Monitor cross-program performance of quality results within value-based programs and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. + Monitor program renewal and reconciliation schedules + Track overall program performance across payer lines of business + Engage in assessments of MSSP - Medicare Shared Savings Program participation as required by the ACOs. + Communicate and educate on the use of payer portal functionality when appropriate. + Collaboration with Decision Support Analyst on the development of total cost of care and program performance dashboards Education/Experience + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Informatics or similar subject or an equivalent of work history and education + Candidates with a Master’s in Health or Business Administration strongly preferred + Five years of relevant experience or experience that includes leading projects financial planning, healthcare operations, healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare finance, or system implementations.
