Value Chain Analyst
Overview The Value Chain Analyst owns the analytical activities for the team, including collaborative, planning, forecasting and replenishment process with customers to build supply chain initiatives and efficiencies in support of ad activity, innovation or Promotional Performance Execution. Drives Maximization of store in stocks What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development This role can be based out of our Peterborough Location OR our Mississauga Location Responsibilities Owns collaboration between customer, sales, supply and demand planning to drive efficiencies related to predictable product flow to support customer events Provide business intelligence to customer to drive mutual business benefits Owns relationship with customer replenishment department and key internal collaboration partners Drives influence and collaboration of CAS team Owns but not limited to Customer in stock %, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Supply Event Performance Owns forecasting collaboration with Customer Replenishment Manager and PepsiCo Supply Chain teams. Develop and align with customer on process improvement and/or enhancement strategies. Develops performance execution plans and owns the tracking and monitoring in order to share proactive information with Sales, Warehousing, and Transportation to ensure successful execution of events Responsible for providing actionable insights as needed to mitigate out of stock occurrences and other opportunities to enable Sales Not limited to Historical data analysis, current inventory levels, POS data to proactively manage store level details Manages Customer communications for Modular Updates (Changes to Planograms/resets) Develop exit strategy for store declines or complete item pruning, minimizing write-offs or markdowns Partners with the Customer Account team in MBS to maintain the high standard of customer service for our external stakeholders Qualifications BA/BS degree with 2-3 plus years of experience in Order Management, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to needs of audience Proven change agent Strong problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills Critical thinking skills with analytical and continuous improvement mindset Ability to develop and lead project teams in an agile environment Innovation mindset with willingness to adapt and integrate new technology, processes, and ideas to drive efficiency Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) SAP and Tableau experience a plus Why work at PepsiCo At PepsiCo, you’re invited to be a part of a global team of innovators who make, move, and sell these products—which are enjoyed by more than 1 billion people a day.
