Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Description:** As Value Chain Designer for Large Wheel Loaders, Wheel Dozers and Compactors, you will ensure linkage between product value stream teams and end-to-end value chains, including process planning and execution to achieve customer order to delivery market requirements while improving the business' Operating Profit after Capital Charge (OPACC). You will design and implement new process or updates to existing processes to improve value chain performance. Additionally, you will lead specific value chain projects and engage in Sales & Operations Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory and Capital Management and Supply Base Management. **Responsibilities** • Analyzing the inbound, value add and outbound value chains to identify opportunities for improvement. • Developing business cases and capability studies, recommending improvements to stakeholders. • Implementing new and enhanced processes and tools and governing changes through collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment.
