Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a select set of channel partners across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China). Develop trust, alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through joint business plansEnterprise Solutions Development: Work closely with partners to identify, develop, and expand enterprise solutions opportunities. Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of target customers and drive profitable sales.Sales Enablement & Support: Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell and implement enterprise solutions. Support the partner ecosystem through sales coaching, joint business planning, and opportunity development.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and implement go-to-market strategies. Drive consistent revenue growth through targeted initiatives.Market Insight & Feedback: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements across the Asia Pacific region, feeding relevant insights back to the internal teams. Assist in the localization of solutions to fit regional needs.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set performance metrics for each partner, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly. Ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including sales, marketing, product management, and operations to ensure alignment and support for partner-led initiatives.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a strong focus on enterprise solutions. Proven track record of driving channel sales growth and working with strategic partners.Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the enterprise technology solutions landscape, including software, cloud, and digital transformation technologies. Experience working with enterprise customers and partners is a plus.Regional Expertise: Extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region (excluding China), with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, business culture, and partner ecosystems. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (Japanese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive channel growth. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address business challenges effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.Travel: Ability to travel across the region as needed.
