About the Team

Value Management is passionate about defining the value our Customers will derive when implementing the most innovative ERP software in the industry. While a key part of our selling motion and team, this group also works hand in hand with our Product, Services, Demand and Marketing teams to align and complete ensuring our Customers receive the value from the Workday Platform.

About the Role

Value Managers drive end-to-end value consulting engagements with prospects and customers

Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional leadership to align on value management activities to impact opportunities

Develop these highly analytical, quantitative authorities in consulting, Return On Investment modeling, benchmarking, value engineering, and strategic sales

About You

Relevant experience as a senior team member in management consultingStrong collaboration, executive presentation and persuasion skillsShown success as a trusted advisor to C-level business audiences
