Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the management and expansion of the Value Partner Network in Germany, ensuring the execution of strategies, nurturing relationships, and conducting market research for potential new partners. You will be based in the sales region, collaborating with technical offices and headquarters to achieve mutual goals as to plan and ensure the execution of the division sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned Partners in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is within the Machine Automation Division in Friedberg (Hessen).You will directly report to the Managing Director Germany and be accountable for:•\tManaging and expanding the Value Provider Network•\tCollaborating with technical offices and headquarters•\tConducting market research for potential new partners•\tImplementing agreed-upon strategies with partners•\tFacilitating joint marketing activities•\tSupporting the acquisition of new Value Partners•\tMaintaining data in the CRM systemOur team dynamicsYou will join a team that is passionate about Automation and which working with full customer focus to grow improve the business and organization.
Qualifications for the roleYou have minimum 3 years of experience in automation technology, electrical engineering, or a relevant field.You are passionate about strong communication, customer-oriented, and teamwork skills.Proficiency in complete system dimensioning and prior experience in technical sales.Experienced in managing complex customer relationships You have a degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, or a related field. You are at ease communicating in excellent written and spoken English and German skills. The travel requirement is 60 to 80%
