Value Realization Consultant
The Account Advisory team focuses on supporting our customers throughout their journey to help them achieve greater value from their Guidewire investments. A newer function within the Account Advisory team is Value Realization, which is focused on helping customers understand the value they realize from their implemented Guidewire solutions by using objective data and performance metrics. 
Role Expectations We are looking for a consultant in our value realization function who can support the continued evolution of our collateral, internal communication, and customer engagement models. This is a high-profile, customer-facing role in which you’ll partner with our customers to determine the value generated from their transformational investments while maintaining alignment across internal stakeholders.
Given the newer nature of this endeavor, this individual will help mature the value realization methodology and team tool sets, support piloting efforts, and support scaling the offering across our global customer base. Due to the strategic nature of these efforts, the individual must be creative, resourceful, analytical, and personable. We are looking for energy and passion to help evolve and scale this capability within Guidewire.
This role will require 25%-50% travel.The Ideal Candidate…Operates effectively within deadlines and is relentless in building both internal and external partnerships to ensure maximum value delivery to stakeholders.High analytical aptitude and consultative mindset to conduct value realization analysis, assessments, and discussions after the go-live of a customer’s project.Comfortable with value lifecycle management, financial models (business cases), benchmarking analysis, KPI analysis, and value mapping in the context of the insurance value chain and Guidewire products / capabilities.Capable of evolving the methodology, process, and tooling required to execute, catalog value insights, and infuse them into relevant stakeholder conversations.Executive presence, communication (both oral and written) skills, and presentation skills to present findings in a form that is both visually appealing and intellectually compelling;Be an expert at active listening, gently directing conversations, and generating consensus.Be sensitive and responsive to the needs of the customer and our internal stakeholders; ability to work effectively in highly collaborative and cross-functional teams.Supports internal understanding of Value Realization (VR), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and key drivers across eachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Additional responsibilities may include: Conduct introductory conversations to drive customer loyalty and product penetration with our existing customer base.Build customer relationships through Guidewire’s SaaS release cadence, with a focus on building enduring partnerships.Promote Account Advisory engagements externally via Guidewire marketing events and public conferences.Advance the state of the Account Advisory team by continuously improving the methodology and tool-sets based on customer experiences.Credibly leverage best practices gained from Guidewire, and industry best practice experience.
This role will require 25%-50% travel.$122,000 - $184,000 a yearThe US base salary range for this full-time position. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
