Value Stream Manager

Based in our Stafford, Texas location, you will be responsible for the overall performance and continuous improvement of assigned value streams within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production processes are optimized for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, aligning with the company's strategic objectives. The VSM leads all aspects of the end-to-end process from raw material to finished product, driving operational excellence, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + **Performance Monitoring:** Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) daily related to safety, quality, and production efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. + **Value Stream Mapping:** Develop and maintain detailed value stream maps to find opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives. + **Process Optimization** : Incorporate lean manufacturing methods such as Visual Management, Standard Work, TPM, and 5S to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to coordinate efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives. + **Training and Development** : Responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships ensuring that Health, Safety and environmental requirements are observed. + **Policies and Procedures:** Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
