Within our Benelux cluster, we are looking for a Value Technical Business Manager for Business Personal Systems (BPS), to provide a professional technical advice and consultancies on our Advanced Compute Systems (ACS).

In this new revolution within the PC industry, we need to guide our customers and partners in their journey to manage and process large set of data, to develop new language models and AI applications in addition to mastering the art of programming, designing/drawing and editing complex video/data/image workflows. Therefore, we need our business manager to understand our client’s requirements to deliver them the best matching technologies to address their challenges and ambitions.

You will work within our Value virtual team to provide technical consultancy in design, proof of concept & delivery handover of curated technology solutions to HP customers. This will be via a direct route to market on the one hand. Considering there is also a clear need for SMB, on the second hand, this will be via our channel network. Your activities will directly influence our contractual and revenue growth as well as the increased adoption of our ACS portfolio including a wide range of solutions as HP Anyware.

You will also maintain the HP demo facilities at the HP Benelux sites, with major focus on the Diegem site. You will design solutions in order to provide life and hands on demos from local & virtual environments demonstrating the strengths of HP solutions to HP customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Consult HP’s customers and channel partners on the breadth of technology solutions and services to create better business outcomes.

Scope customer requirements and align relevant technologies to customer/partner business needs.

Create high quality, technically advanced and financially aligned propositions for our customers.

Present technical details to multiple areas of the customers business e.g. Procurement, Security, IT

Conduct solutions plan, design and test of activities

Expand relationships with any 3rd party solution/application partners such as NVIDIA / Autodesk / Adobe / …...

Provide technical expertise and management escalations through to HP Global Business Unit/3rd parties...

Understand Management Solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or modern workplace management platforms.

Work on customers/partners sites when required for Proof of concepts or meetings.

Demonstrate the right mindsets towards internal and external stakeholders: focus on outcomes to drive high customer satisfaction, maintain excellent customer relationships and communication with strong presentation skills, Can-do attitude and growth mindset as well as team player will be key.

What we wish for you to bring to the role?

Education and Experience

First level university degree (Bachelor); advanced university degree (master) preferred OR any existing knowledge and experiences demonstrating your merits and right mindset.

Experiences in software, infrastructure, device management, SSCM/Autopilot/Intune and security are clearly valued

Data sciences or AI experiences with a focus on technical skills are valued as well.

While we are looking for industry experience, we believe in growth mindset to learn and evolve fast in our dynamic market.

Knowledge and Skills

Core compute technical knowledge including Imaging, Deployment and Ongoing Management.

Microsoft knowledge: Windows Server Servers, Active Directory, SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, Windows 10/11.

Experience of Thin client, Workstations, VDI and RPOS or equivalent technical expertise.

Technical market knowledge and competitive knowledge.

Consultative approach, Solution oriented, Entrepreneurship (own results, take initiatives).

Communication and writing skills to highlight products values into understandable words.

Passion for our HP products and technologies in IT and beyond.

Languages: Fluency in Dutch, very good level in English and an acceptable level of French.
