Value and Risk Advisory at JLL is one of the top valuation service providers in APAC, combining the knowledge of our market-leading research team, and real time data from leasing and capital markets team.

We are looking to expand our team and are looking for a highly motivated individual. The candidate will work with JLL’s existing team of qualified and senior professional valuers who are well regarded in the valuation industry . The main scope of work will include valuations for financial institutions for mortgage purposes. There are however potential opportunities to become involved in appraisals of major institutional grade investment assets in Singapore and the South-East Asia region.

Experience in the Singapore residential property market will be a plus but fresh graduates with the right credentials will be considered.  Intensive on-the-job training will be provided to set the right talents up for success and career progression.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with qualified and senior professional valuers to provide timely and accurate valuation adviceCollation and analysis of relevant property market information and data in support of valuation reportsPreparation of indicative valuationsExecution of formal valuation assignments and conduct site inspections of propertiesService valuation requirements of both external clients as well as internal business unitsExecute valuation advisory work for all assigned jobs within given timeframes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate or equivalentFresh graduates / experienced candidates with up to 5 years working experience in the Singapore property marketStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsResourceful with good initiative, independent and team playerMeticulous and numerically competentGood command of written and spoken EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in the Excel and Word software
