You’ll be:Required to safely perform and operate a van to perform duties such as picking up mail from Street Posting Boxes, Corporate Offices, Licensed Post Offices and Delivery CentresRequired to pick up mail and parcel items from our customersUnload mail articles from vans and manually sorting them into small or large letters and parcels including express postsCompleting your own daily vehicle safety checkPaired up with our experienced senior drivers, who are committed to engage and take part in your professional development
About youYou hold a full or probationary QLD driver’s licence with a good driving recordYou have experience driving a van or similar size vehicleYou’ll successfully pass our mandatory and practical driving assessment (automatic)You are flexible with working additional hours if requiredYou have a great memory, excellent attention to detail and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularlyYou will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
