**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Valuation Funds Analyst, you will research and provide market information to senior team members as it relates to the appraisal assignment. You'll assist Consultants and Managers with assignments as well as the preparation of real estate.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with the appraisal workflow and data management, including updating assignment tracking charts and collaborating with client contacts for data requests, inspections and kickoff calls.
+ Do preliminary research on a property including verification of comparable, demographics, market area analysis, etc.
+ Assist in preparing simple portions of valuation models and appraisal reports.
+ Verify and update information in Argus models.
+ Analyze past revenue and expense performance.
+ Assist in examining and analyzing income producing properties.
+ Research market area and attempt to resolve what may impact the subject's value.
+ Assist in making comparison analysis based on sales of similar properties.
+ Other duties may be assigned.

+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
+ Requires basic knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles.
+ Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
+ Basic skills in Argus, Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent writing skills.
+ Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VAS Funds Analyst position is $65,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $80,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
