The Cardiac Vascular Technologist obtains diagnostic quality echocardiograms and all vascular tests as prescribed by the physician. He/she specializes in echo-cardiology and vascular technology (non-invasive tests). Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

  Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Successful completion of a vascular ultrasound technology program. Upon hire: National Registered Vascular Technologist Or Upon hire: National Registered Vascular Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International  Or Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography Or Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer  Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Hospital experience. 2 years of recent experience performing vascular ultrasound in a hospital setting. Electronic troubleshooting experience.
